Delete your account

Permanent. There is no undo and no restore from backup.

You can delete your Rivals account right here, without installing anything. Read what it destroys first — some of it belongs to other people too.

What deletion destroys

• Your account, completely. Email, password, display name, avatar and any push-notification tokens are erased from our database. Not deactivated — deleted.
• Crews only you own die with it. If you are the captain of a crew and nobody else has claimed their spot, the whole crew goes: every session, match, score, rating, belt, record and season in it. Nobody can get that back, including us.
• Crews you share stay standing. Where other real accounts play alongside you, the crew's history belongs to them as much as to you — so instead of deleting those matches we pseudonymise you. Your name and avatar come off, your player becomes an anonymous number, and the results stay, so the crew's ratings and records remain correct for everyone who played them.
• It is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period, no restore, no export afterwards. If you want your history, take your screenshots before you press the button.

What deletion does not do

It does not cancel a Crew Pro subscription. Crew Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — otherwise it keeps renewing after your account is gone.

It does not remove a name someone else typed into their own crew's roster. If a teammate added you as an unclaimed player, that spot is their data — email us and we will pseudonymise it.

Delete it now

Sign in with the email and password you use in the app, then type DELETE to confirm. You can also do exactly this inside the app, at Settings → Account.

Signed in with Google or Apple?

Those accounts have no password for us to check, so this form cannot verify you. Delete from inside the app at Settings → Account — same teardown, same second — or use the email route below.

Can't sign in at all?

Ask us and we will do it by hand. Email hello@musthaveappscorp.com and include:

• The subject line Rivals — Account Deletion Request (the link above fills it in for you). One mailbox serves several apps, so the subject is what routes it.
• Send it from the email address tied to your Rivals account. That is the fastest proof the account is yours — writing from any other address means we have to verify you another way, which is slower.
• Your display name in the app, and the name of a crew you play in, so we can find you if that address no longer works.

We verify it is your account before we touch anything, then reply to confirm it is done. Expect a human, within a few days.
