How does the rating work?
Every match feeds one rating built for small groups. Beat strong partners and opponents and you climb faster; lose and you slide. It settles over a handful of games, not one lucky night, and everyone in the crew sits on the same scale — so the board is the board.
Is Rivals only for padel?
Padel. The scoring, the doubles pairings and the ratings are built for it — four players, one court, partners switching whenever you like. If your crew plays padel, Rivals keeps score.
What does it cost?
Free gets you one crew of up to four players, and inside it nothing is metered: unlimited matches, live scoring, ratings, the board, belts, records and your year in review, kept forever. That is a full court, free. Crew Pro lifts the caps — a bigger roster, more than one crew — and adds the deep extras like advanced stats, printed season volumes and a TV scoreboard mode. One payer covers the whole crew. No ads, ever.
Do casual games count?
Only if you seal them. Log a quick free-play match and it counts toward the board like any other. Just hitting for fun? Don't seal it and nothing moves. You decide what makes the record.
Who can see my crew's data?
Your crew, and only your crew. Standings, matches and ratings live inside the crew — there's no public profile and no global feed. No ads, no data selling, and nothing is tracked across other apps. This page loads nothing from anyone else; the app uses Firebase for crash reports, usage counts and push, and RevenueCat for subscriptions — all of it listed in the privacy policy.
How do people join?
One link. Send it, they pick their name, and they're on the board — no app install required to join. They can grab the app when they want to score courtside, and the captain approves who gets in.
iPhone and Android?
Both. Rivals is a native app on iOS and Android, with an Apple Watch app for keeping score courtside without reaching for your phone.
Can we switch partners between matches?
Every match, if you want. Pick who plays with who each time — the ratings follow every pairing, so rotating partners all night still moves one shared board.
